This is a raw sound-design sci-fi piece i made with a modular system using 4ms ensemble oscillator, mutable instruments clouds, strymon magneto & intellijel polaris.
This is the sound of my creaking wooden bedroom floor. Useful for ships or ghostly horror effects. Equipment that is used: zoom h5 recorder + audio-technica bp4025 microfoon.
This is a sample of a ship talking to port control. It was created using text-to-speech software like acapela and editing the voices in audicity to sound like radio transmissions. Squelch and bleep sounds from the ptt buttons were added to the mixed clip.
I would upgrade my cabin if this was the noise i had to live with. Through film we - know - the space ship background noise. A freighter or a battleship - more noise. Recorded the sound inside a container. On top of the container is a wooden construction of a play ground. The container itself was loaded with toys like roller skates, tricycles and shovels. It rained outside moderatly.
